In Forma Pauperis (Court Fee Waiver)

So, after getting over the shock of court filing fees, it is important to know that the court filing fees may be waived if you are unable to afford them. This is called In Forma Pauperis (IFP). In order to qualify for in forma pauperis, you must complete an Affidavit for Proceeding In Forma Pauperis and then get an Order for Proceeding In Forma Pauperis signed by a judge.
